  • We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Speysyde hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked “Sale” cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • * Returns without proof of purchase and/or receipt will not be accepted.

Any apparel or accessories purchased online may be mailed back to our warehousing facility for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Customers can ship the item(s) back to us at the address below, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
