Shipping Policy

Our shipping rates come directly from FedEx and USPS. We do not add any handling fees. The live rates fluctuate and we have no control of how they adjust. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 3PM PST, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1 business day from when an order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-6 days for delivery in the continental 48 and up to 4 weeks for international shipping address.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Calling them direct at 1-800-GO-FEDEX can complete FedEx / 1-800-ASK-USPS claims should any problems arise. FedEx claims processing time is about 8-10 business days.
